Most annoying software

I paid for this app. Then did an in-app purchase and ended up paying twice. Never bothered the developer because the app was worth it.

Then it seemed like every time I opened the app, they were promoting an in-app purchase, another app or bugging about a review.

I emailed them letting them know the app has been bought and paid for, please stop harassing your users. They took forever to reply and did nothing. So you want my review bad enough, here it is.

Why cant I just open the app and view the file I need? I paid for this app and then did two in-app purchases by mistake and still left you alone.
